Our direct employed skilled staff are capable of carrying out applications in any environment utilising our varied access solutions from MEWPS too rope access. All operatives carry the CSCS skills card and the CCNSG safety passport, many operatives are confined space trained enabling our operatives to carry out our concrete sealant works and concrete testing in all environments.

Recent Concrete Sealant Project -
Staythorpe Power Station, Newark on Trent.
Requirements:
Laing O Rourke and Sword Construction were awarded the contract for the construction of all the concrete structures on the newly constructed gas fired power station.
This resulted in over 17,000 linear metres of sealant to be applied at various widths, including the application of fire rated concrete sealant materials.
Concrete repair solution:
Two products were chosen and installed, Sika Pro3 WF concrete sealant was applied to the walls of the pond tanks and floor detail while Fosroc Flamex 2 concrete sealant was selected for use within the highly sensitive bund areas.
The works required a high level of planning due to the construction process being over a long period. OnSite Specialist Maintenance demonstrated tremendous flexibility in order to insure the works were completed to a high standard.
