Beech Grove House is a privately owned residential block of apartments situated in Harrogate, Yorkshire. The works involved concrete repairs to the balconies, the renewal of the balcony waterproofing system and installation of new bespoke hand rails.
Now that the contract between us is virtually complete I would like on behalf of the Board of BGHMC Ltd to commend and thank your staff for the way in which the balcony renovation has been carried out.

Drumlanrig Tunnel is a Victorian brick arch Network Rail operated tunnel. The works involved stabilising and re-pointing the existing brickwork barrel and injecting the MC GL95 waterproofing system. This innovative waterproofing system developed by OnSite Specialist Maintenance in conjunction with MC Building Chemicals is 25% the cost of the more conventional waterproofing systems used within the rail sector.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at OnSite Specialist Maintenance for their involvement in making the recent blockade works at Drumlanrig Tunnel a success.
We appreciate the effort and commitment shown by all, and look forward to working together on future contracts.

The works involved floor repairs around 24 Nos. Babcock 10E Pulverising Mills. The concrete floors had been damaged due to heavy impact vibrations from the adjacent large pulverising mills. A survey and inspection of the concrete floors was carried out and the client was provided with a cost effective practical solution.
The contract was undertaken in a thoroughly professional manner from the first to the last mill, leaving us with floors which meet the demands of this aggressive environment.
